HOW DOES THE CHALLENGE WORK?
In 2016 and 2017, school teams were introduced to a common language for designing active learning with technology at the School Planning and Instructional Design with Technology Workshops. Several teachers also participated in the Singapore Learning Designers Circle (SgLDC), a networked learning community to discuss their lesson designs.
The SLS Design Challenge provides teachers the opportunity to apply design principles in the SLS pedagogical scaffold to solve teaching and learning problems using the tools and resources in SLS.
